Steve Blake Seeking a Championship with the Lakers

The Washington Post Wizards Insider blog had a feature about Steve Blake (1999-2003) today, and how he hopes to win an NBA Championship with the Lakers. Excerpt:

"I've had a crazy road, a great road," said Blake, the 38th pick out of Maryland in the 2003 draft. "I've played for a lot of great coaches. I've started for years. I've come off the bench for years. I've played on bad teams, on good teams. But I think it's all for the best. I've had a chance to experience a lot. I think it's made me grow as a person and as a player and I think I'm in the spot I need to be at right now."
